Covey Run Winery (Formerly Paul Thomas Winery) is a 22,000 square foot winery located in Sunnyside Washington. We completed the Paul Thomas winery in the Fall of 1995 ahead of schedule and were able to maintain a lasting relationship with the owner to this day.
